The Ray White group has had   representation in the suburb of Palm Beach and its neighboring suburbs of   Elanora and Currumbin Waters for over 30 years, however the current franchisee   only joined the ray White group in December 2008.
 
While new to the Ray White   organization the Directors of the current business were anything but new to the   real estate industry. Collectively they have in excess of 60 years experience in   real estate industry and in excess of 40 years experience in the industry   locally. Danny Fritz purchased PRDnationwide franchise locally in 1999 and under   his direction by 2003 had established it firmly in the top 10 of the group. In   2005 John Caskey and Mark Gordon (whom previously had a combined 25 years with   the Professionals locally) took up an invitation to become shareholders in   PRDnationwide Palm Beach. The decision proved a good one; business continued to   flourish and by 2008 had become the largest PRDnationwide office on the Gold   Coast and the 3rd largest office nationally. 

  
 

Despite this success, the   Directors in December 2008 made the decision to leave PRDnationwide and joined   Ray White. The decision was not an easy one but reflected the Directors overall   desire to build a landmark best practice agency within the best marketing   business possible – a desire to become one of the best of the best. 

  
 

Since the change to Ray White in   2008 the business has grown significantly. In July 2009 it acquired the business   (sales and property management) of Kevin Parkinson Real Estate, a long   established and well respected local independent business. To the delight of the   Directors the whole of the Kevin Parkinson team (to the man) elected to take up   offers of employment within Ray White Palm Beach. The business now operates from   two premises; the sales office is located in 6th Avenue (above blockbuster   video) and the old office at 7 Palm Beach Avenue is now solely devoted to   Property Management. 

  
 

Now with over 30 employees, the   acquisition of Kevin Parkinson makes Ray White Palm Beach the largest real   estate employer in the area, something of which the Directors are extremely   proud.
